Please allow 5 workdays to process your order. Expect an email within 5 workdays to let you know your order is on the way!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries*:

United States, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, People's Republic of China New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore.

All products are shipped directly from Japan, with Japan Post as the shipping courier.

Except return shipments, all shipping charges are included in the price.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Journey Japan Crafts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We are not responsible if products cannot be imported to your country because of local regulations.

Some items in our shop are exempt from shipment to certain countries because of import regulations.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the total order amount. You pay the return shipping costs. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at okadate7@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
